This is the B&B where we are staying, it is very cosy and lovely hosts. I had a very quiet day today. Graham ventured out on the tube into London Central and organised our day out tomorrow. Arrived back with nice cold beers!
It was a bleak day here, first rain since we arrived and of course cold. In doors is nice as it is centrally heated.
Sounds like everything is going great. Will check out your progress on our return from NZ.
ReplyDeleteHave a really great trip you 4. xx
ReplyDeleteHey there travellers
ReplyDeleteMy god what are you guys up to....sounds like you are having the best time over there and the trip has only started...still very jealous you know. I dont need to say have a great time because I can see that you are cant wait to see further entries...especially the Paris bits..Keep on trekkin Love David and Kate
Makes me homesick - lived 1972-75 in 114 Victoria Rise, Clapham Common. Bumped into Mrs K at Myer Brookside today and she reminded me to check your blog. Great work Helen. Have a pint for me next time you're in the pub, and soak up the atmosphere everywhere you go. Sag=fe travels. Vicki xx
ReplyDeleteDavid & Kate, I know you told me we could do it on our own, now I well & truly believe it, we are having the best time, watch out Paris here we come!!!
ReplyDeleteVicki, Well I never be and we are not too far from there, we like all of this area, especially the parks. Sure won't have any trouble having a pint for you, we'll do that Friday night, love the pubs, quaint and great atmosphere! Aussie's could learn a thing or to, at home they have made most pub's too modern and they have lost their character. You may have noticed my post date/time is wrong, will have to fix that as it is 8.50pm here Thursday!
ReplyDeleteDear Helen, and Mr C,
ReplyDeleteFinally got onto the Blog due to Ray and Judy.
Pleased to hear that you are both having a great time.
All going well.
Hope Paris is all you both thought it would be.
Can't wait to see ALL your photos when you get home.
Love Heather and Bailey.
